Thank you for shopping with Julian Kingsley. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair return and refund policy.
60-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 60 days of the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The return must include the original order confirmation or packing slip.
Important Exceptions
- Final sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
- For discounted items, we offer exchanges only, not refunds.
How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us
Email our support team at support@juliankingsley.com to begin the return process. -
Return Authorization
If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed return instructions. -
Package the Item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. -
Label the Package
Clearly write your RA number on the outside of the return package.
Return Address
All returns must be sent to our production facility in Asia.
The full return address will be provided once your return is authorized.
Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., wrong item ordered, no longer wanted), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will receive a confirmation email about the return status.
- If approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@juliankingsley.us.
Include a brief description of the issue and photos of the product.
We will quickly assess the situation and offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, based on your preference.
